We create a variety of different types of videos including…
Active Adventures: These videos are around 10 minutes long and follow a themed story format. Coach Josh will do movements that suit the theme (like surfing or flying a rocket).
Active Songs: These include original songs and classic nursery rhymes, all with fun actions to follow along with.
Cool Downs: These videos include passive exercises, like stretching. They are great to put on at the end of the day or before bedtime to wind the energy down.
