I just signed up, where do I start?

Congratulations and thank you for joining! When you login (see the top right of this page) you will come to a welcome page which will allow you to browse by theme/category, search for videos, watch the most popular videos and see the latest videos added to the collection.

A good place to start is with the ‘Popular Videos’ which are the most watched episodes.  These are usually the favourites that children have watched multiple times.  Once you have watched an episode you will also see ‘Other Videos You Might Like’ below it which are similar to the one you just watched.

We will let you know on our Facebook and Instagram channels each time a new episode is uploaded as well as in a monthly newsletter so that your little one never misses a new video!

How often should my children do the activities?

Coach Josh really is healthy screen time.  Children need to be active every day so we encourage families to incorporate Coach Josh videos in to their daily routines to form healthy fitness habits.

How do I watch on my TV?

If you have a smart TV you can mirror your computer, ipad or iphone easily.

Depending on your smart TV device the process will be different.  Below are some instuctions for some popular smart TVs.  If you have one that is not listed below please contact us so that we can assist you with this.

How do I pause my membership?

We understand that sometimes you go away on holidays or something comes up and you may like to pause your membership rather than cancel and sign up again later.

You can pause your membership anytime for as long as you like using the following steps.

  1. Login to your site’s Account page.
  2. Navigate to the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
  3. Click the ‘Pause’ link to the right of that subscription. 
  4. Click ‘OK’ on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

To resume the subscription again, simply go through the same exact steps. You’ll notice that on step 3, the ‘Pause’ link will now be labeled ‘Resume’. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime online.

  1. Login to your site’s Account page.
  2. Navigate to the Account page’s ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
  3. Click the ‘Cancel’ link to the right of that subscription. 
  4. Click ‘OK’ on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

Once cancelled, you will still have access to the content until that payment period has expired, but no further payments will be processed.

Please note: If you think you would like to just cancel for a short period and then resume your membership later, we recommend pausing the membership rather than cancelling, for convenience.  You can find out how to pause your membership above.
