A lot of research has been conducted in to the impact of active play and physical development on a child’s ability to learn and focus.  There is no doubt that active learning and gross and fine motor skill development plays a huge part in a child’s learning and general health and wellbeing.

Physical activity and thoughtfully designed exercises promote healthy growth and development, improve balance, coordination and strength and improve confidence and self-esteem.  Consequently concentration and thinking skills are also enhanced, among many other benefits*.

Pre-school aged children naturally have plenty of energy and love to play, jump, run and move!  With Coach Josh’s active adventures children are guided through various thoughtfully developed fitness activities while being encouraged to use their imaginations for an enhanced learning experience.
